Ambassador Terms

1.A CODE AND COMMISSION:

You will receive an ambassador code that is unique to you and only to you that will allow you to get paid for ambassador referrals.

Anyone who completes their purchase with your code will get 15% off of their purchase (this applies to full priced items and existing discounted items).

To begin, you will receive a 10% commission (of the purchase price, before taxes & shipping) of each purchase completed with your code.

Commissions earned increase according to your levels of monthly sales. For details please see the section below titled Commission Scale and Bonuses.

Your commissions and bonuses will be paid to you via PayPal on a monthly basis, provided that the amount exceeds $10 of accumulated commissions. If this amount is not reached, the accumulated amount is applied to the following month until the $10 transfer minimum is reached.

1.B PRICE PERKS AND EXCLUSIVE ACCESS

As a brand ambassador, you will always get the best prices on products and sales. As well as extra discounts exclusive to ambassadors.

As a part of our ambassador team, you also get first access to launches, new collections and products. Giving you priority whenever possible.

1.C GROW YOUR FOLLOWING AND SHARE YOUR MESSAGE:

We love supporting our team. We consistently share and highlight ambassadors creating quality content that promotes NowAthlete and the message of the brand. The best content and publications can be advertised in the Fitness and IFBB PRO community. We always tag and givecredit to the Ambassador when sharing and publishing content and posts.

*Please note that content posted and shared by NOWATHLETES must be approved by NOWATHLETES and is chosen at the sole discretion of NOWATHLETES Management.

1.D STORIES & POSTS

Share your stories and posts and tag us @nowathletes.

The best stories and posts will be selected and uploaded on the official @nowathletes account, so we share your work, your message and drive traffic to your profile.

As a professional brand, the stories and posts chosen are at the sole discretion of NOWATHLETES management, understanding that if the publication does not meet the requirements that the brand is looking for at that moment, these publications will not be selected.

NOWATHLETES reserves the right to decide which publications are uploaded and which are not.

1.E FREE PRODUCTS

Ambassador are eligible to receive garments and items at no cost, only when results have been demonstrated. This is at sole discretion of NOWATHLETES Management.

10% commission from 0 to $399 in sales per month

10% commission from $400 to $999 in sales per month

$200 bonus + 10% commission when reach $1000 in sales per month

$450 bonus + 10% commission when reach $2000 in sales per month

$700 bonus + 12% commission when reach $3000 in sales per month

$1,400 bonus + 14% commission when reach $5000 in sales per month

*commissions and bonuses are calculated based on of the total purchase price, before taxes & shipping*

3.A ACTIVITY ON SOCIAL NETWORKS:

As a Brand Ambassador you commit to creating and posting regularly.

To maintain ambassador status, you commit and are expected to :

- post / publish a minimum of 2 pieces of content per week featuring NOWATHLETES clothing apparel and items

- all posts, stories and publications must mention and tag @nowathletes a minimum of 2 times a week.

3.B MUTUAL WELL-BEING

Both the Ambassador and Brand are committed to the well-being of both parties, always aiming for mutually benefit.

The positive atmosphere, values ​​and respect in all directions that characterizes the brand will always be sought and expected.

3.C CODE OF CONDUCT AND TERMINATION

No type of insult, disrespect or mistreatment of any person, brand or animal will be tolerated.

NowAthletes reserves the right to refuse and terminate any person, site or account that :

- Promote sexually explicit materials

- Promote violence

- Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age

- Promote illegal activities

These all being reasons for immediate expulsion from the program and from any collaboration between the Brand and the Ambassador.

There is no permanence in the collaboration on either side, the aim is to maintain a satisfactory collaboration on both sides.

In the case of a termination of collaboration, the content and publications already created with the brand are free to be used by NOWATHLETES and Ambassador in their accounts.

3.D MODIFICATION

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Ambassador Program rules. If any of the modifications are UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. If you CONTINUE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, it will be considered as your acceptance of the change.
