RETURNS & EXCHANGES

U.S. / Domestic Orders:

Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase!

If it doesn't work out for any reason we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of receiving an order.

We will provide a label for all US exchanges (with a shipping fee).

Returns can be refunded back to the original payment method (with a shipping fee) or come in the form of store credit.

At this time, we do not offer free return or exchange shipping for international orders or refunds on customs or duties.

Return Standards and Conditions

1. Items must be unworn, unwashed and not put through a dryer.

2. Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.

3. Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.

4. Items with piling may be subject to denial.

5. Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.

6. Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.

If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you. Carrier shipping cost will be covered by you, the buyer.

Can sale items be returned?

If an item has been marked as Final Sale, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Refund - Small Fee for a Return Label

Your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method once the return has arrived to our warehouse.

We charge a small fee to have it shipped back, which will be deducted from your refund total.

PARTIAL RETURNS

If you have benefited from free shipping and want to make a partial return :

If the remaining value of the order (the items that you keep), does not reach the minimum required value for free shipping, a small shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

FULL ORDER RETURNS

If you wish to return an entire order placed, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

All returns and exchanges must be approved by NOWATHLETES.

Once, approced, all returns and exchanges should be done through our RETURN/EXCHANGE PORTAL 

Exchanges - Small Fee for an Exchange Label

Fit wasn't quite right, or color wasn't what you thought? We will send you an exchange label for the courier for a small fee. This fee

 
When starting an exchange, items will not be held until return has been sent and processed, items are subject to become out of stock before returns are processed. If your return is processed after an item becomes out of stock you will be issued store credit which you can use on your next order.
