Sport has always been my therapy with which I channel all my competitiveness, I get rid of the stress of work and I share my time with incredible people. Crossfit captivated me with its great variety of modalities and the intensity of each workout. We train as a team every day and between laughter and tears we seek a common goal, to be fitter than yesterday. I would not change it for anything.
