SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?

All orders, once received, have a 24/48 hour processing time on business days before being shipped.

Economy Shipping: These shipments take 3-5 business days, excluding weekends.

2-Day Express Shipping: This shipment takes 24-48 hours from the time it leaves the LV warehouse, weekends not included.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Our logistics company will attempt to deliver your order to the address you specified in the order, as the information is automatically recorded as entered by the customer. NOWATHLETES is not responsible for any additional costs that may result from a return.

The customer is responsible for making every effort to receive said order.

Due to the latest shipping company regulations, the return of undelivered or uncollected packages within the established timeframe will incur a return shipping charge of €10 (prices within Spain), which will be borne by the customer. Return shipping costs may vary depending on the country in question, in addition to a €5 handling fee.

In the event of a return, the amount of the products will be refunded, excluding shipping costs, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount.

Gift card purchases do not count toward the free shipping and cap promotion for orders over €100. *When this promotion is in effect.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our courier company will send you an email or text message with your tracking and shipment status once it has been prepared and delivered to the courier. Once you receive it, you can enter it on the tracking page.

If your tracking isn't working, don't worry. Please note that it may take a few hours for your tracking to enter the system, and it's only sent on business days.

ORDER DELIVERY

WHAT INFORMATION IS NEEDED FOR FASTER DELIVERY?

If NOWATHLETES requires additional information regarding a shipping address, NOWATHLETES may contact the buyer to provide additional information. Delivery may be delayed if more information about the delivery address is needed. The buyer is responsible for correctly providing the delivery address. In the event of a problem with the delivery of an order due to an error in the delivery address provided by the buyer, NOWATHLETES will not be liable for (partial) loss of the shipment.

NOWATHLETES will make every effort to deliver the order to the delivery address in the expected delivery conditions. If delivery is delayed, cannot be completed, or can only be completed partially, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible. In this case, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR UNSORTED PRODUCT?

If the buyer receives a product they did not order, they must inform NOWATHLETES as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order) by email (or through the contact page on the Site). The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping of the product after receiving the return instructions, and NOWATHLETES will cover the costs of this shipping and will subsequently arrange for the correct product to be sent to the buyer, provided the buyer has fully followed NOWATHLETES' return instructions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

The risk of damage and/or loss of products remains with NOWATHLETES until the moment of delivery to the delivery address, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

In the event that a product has been delivered to the buyer damaged or incomplete, the buyer must inform the NOWATHLETES customer service team as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order) by email: support@nowathletes.com

NOWATHLETES will then decide how to handle the issue; the customer should always inform NOWATHLETES of the situation and await instructions from the NOWATHLETES Customer Service team.

If a customer returns a product under these circumstances at their own expense, without first contacting the customer service team or waiting for their instructions, they will not be able to claim any costs incurred from NOWATHLETES (nor will they hold NOWATHLETES responsible for return shipping that occurs without NOWATHLETES' prior consent).

In the event that a NOWATHLETES order has been lost, or if the buyer has not received it (despite tracking information and carrier information indicating otherwise), the carrier will initiate a claims process and await resolution before any refund or reshipment is issued.

The buyer will cooperate fully during the carrier's claims process. In the event that a shipment is lost as a result of carrier error (and once the carrier's claims process has been completed), NOWATHLETES will refund the customer or attempt to reship the requested product.

In the event that the shipment has not been delivered to the buyer's address (or collection point) 14 days after the shipping date, the buyer is obliged to inform the customer service team of this by email at: support@nowathletes.com within 14 days and 28 days after the shipping date.

MARITIME POLICY TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA.

If an order goes through customs procedures, NOWATHLETES will not be responsible for any additional costs this may entail, and the customer will be responsible for them.

SHIPPING POLICY TO EUROPE.

Failed deliveries due to causes beyond NOWATHLETES' control, such as (incorrect or incomplete address, non-receipt of the order, absence of the recipient, etc.), if the order is returned to the sender by the transport agency, this shipment generates a return cost, plus €5 of management costs, which will be borne by the BUYER.
