SIZE CHANGE
1- SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that the user, once the order has been received, requires a change in size of any of the products received and in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, they will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order to proceed with the request for the change.
The customer must assume the costs of returning the item and sending the new size.
1.2- If the customer decides to exchange the item for another size, they must place a new order with the new size through the NOWATHLETES website and once placed, request a return label through support@nowathletes.com . An amount of €7.90* will be deducted from the refund amount, which includes the return shipping costs, as well as the costs of cleaning and ironing the product so it can be resold. (*Prices for the Iberian Peninsula. Please check prices and availability for customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or Europe.)
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its tags, packaging in good condition and without any stains or damage caused by the buyer, and - where applicable - original documentation and accessories that accompany it (tags, stickers, etc.).
2- CONDITIONS
NOWATHLETES reserves the right to deny exchanges to users who request an exchange outside the deadline and/or whose product return does not comply with the provisions of this paragraph. (If, upon checking the condition of the product, it does not meet any of the aforementioned conditions, NOWATHLETES may apply additional charges or reject the exchange if it detects any abuse of our terms and conditions. In this case, the shipping costs to recover the product(s) will be borne by the buyer.)
Once NOWATHLETES has verified that the product is in the established conditions, it will send the new size.
To formalize the change, the user must contact NOWATHLETES at support@nowathletes.com.
