RETURN POLICY

NOWATHLETES wants our customers to have the best possible shopping experience with us.

As such, our goal is not only to offer top-quality products, but also to ensure you have no reason to be dissatisfied.

However, for the rare cases where customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase, please rest assured that you may exchange or return the products you purchased under the conditions set forth below.

1- WITHDRAWAL

In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in their order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire order. However, the User must assume the direct cost of returning it to the NOWATHLETES warehouse, whether they return the entire order or decide to return only some of the products in the order.

To formalize the return and have it accepted, the customer is required to contact NOWATHLETES at support@nowathletes.com so NOWATHLETES can process and approve the return.

The costs of returning the order will be borne by the User directly from his/her home to the NOWATHLETES warehouses (such as, for example, shipping costs through courier companies, customs procedures, etc.).

1.A - SUPPLEMENTATION PRODUCT CLAUSES.

If you have received material that shows signs of having been manipulated, damaged, or opened during transport, it is very important that you indicate this on the delivery note from the transport company (Correos). To do this, you must inspect the material in the presence of the carrier.

For health reasons, no returns will be accepted for nutritional products with tamper-evident seals.

If, after reviewing the package contents, you notice that the material received and the order you placed do not match, please let us know immediately, providing the order number and detailing the discrepancies. It is essential that the products are in the same condition as when received and that their security seals are intact.

Claims are only accepted within the first 14 days of the customer receiving the order , and you will be asked to send photos of the product.

1.B - TEXTILE PRODUCTS CLAUSES.

The product must be unused and in good condition with its original packaging and, where applicable, documentation and accompanying accessories. If the User fails to do so, or if the product or packaging has been damaged in any way, the User accepts that NOWATHLETES may charge additional fees or that NOWATHLETES may refuse the return.

Once NOWATHLETES verifies that the order is in good condition, NOWATHLETES will proceed to refund the cost of the product paid by the User, except for the shipping costs initially incurred.

If the customer does not contact us and sends the shipment without any prior approval or processing, NOWATHLETES reserves the right to deny the return or charge additional handling fees for handling, shipping the merchandise to the correct warehouse, etc.

Once this communication is received, NOWATHLETES will indicate how to return the order to its warehouses.

2- GUIDELINES AND RETURN COSTS

2.1 NOWATHLETES will generate a return label with a value of €9.50*, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This includes the return shipping costs, as well as the costs of cleaning and ironing the product so it can be resold. (*Price valid only for the Iberian Peninsula. Please consult prices and availability for customers in the Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla, and Europe.)

The customer simply needs to print the label and affix it to the package (which must be tightly sealed and invisible). Finally, the customer should take it to the nearest post office.

If the User only wishes to return one or more of the products that were part of the order, NOWATHLETES cannot refund the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order.

If the User benefits from free shipping on their order and wishes to return all or part of the order, if the value of the items the User retains does not reach the amount to benefit from the initial free shipping, NOWATHLETES will subtract the €7.90 corresponding to the initial shipping from the refund amount.

2.2 If the User decides to cancel the entire order, only in cases where the order has not yet been processed, NOWATHLETES will refund the User all amounts paid (including shipping costs). This is except for orders paid with Klarna financing, in which case a 7% fee will be charged to the value of the order Klarna charges NOWATHLETES for using its service.

NOWATHLETES informs Users that the refund period for amounts paid will depend on the payment method used by the User when purchasing the product:

If the User has made payment by credit/debit card, NOWATHLETES will refund the amount paid within 14 calendar days from the date the user decides to terminate the contract.

If the user made payment via PayPal, NOWATHLETES will refund the amount paid within 5 business days of the user's decision to terminate the contract.

If the User has made the payment through KLARNA financing and wishes to cancel or return any or all of the items, NOWATHLETES will refund the amount paid by charging a 7% commission that will be subtracted from the total amount of each item in order to cover the commission that KLARNA charges NOWATHLETES for each transaction.

If NOWATHLETES detects misuse or abuse of any of our clauses or our return and exchange conditions, NOWATHLETES reserves the right to reject said return.

In any case, NOWATHLETES will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the date on which the User informs the Company of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

In the event of cancellation of an order once it has left our warehouses and the delivery is rejected (at the time of delivery by the shipping company), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, regardless of the cost of the order. The cost will depend on whether the shipping cost is local to the mainland or other countries.

3- RETURNS DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECTS IN TEXTILE.

For any product that presents a manufacturing defect, the user may request the return of the product to NOWATHLETES or a refund at no cost. This excludes situations in which improper use of the product or abuse of our terms and conditions is detected. The return of products with manufacturing defects will not incur any additional cost for the user.

To formalize the return, the user must contact NOWATLETES within 14 days of purchase, at support@nowathletes.com, indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed description of the defects observed.

Once NOWATHLETES has received the user's communication, it will inform the user within 3-5 business days whether or not the product will be returned. If the return is appropriate, NOWATHLETES will inform the user of the procedure to follow. Each product returned must be unused and include all its tags, packaging, documentation, and original accessories.

If the user does not proceed in this manner, NOWATHLETES reserves the right to refuse the refund.

Once the product has been received and the defects verified, NOWATHLETES will offer the user the option of replacing it with another product of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for NOWATHLETES. (If, upon verifying the condition of the product, it does not meet any of the return conditions, NOWATHLETES may reject the return, in which case the shipping costs for recovering the product will be borne by the buyer.)

If, due to stock shortages, it is not possible to send another product with identical characteristics, the user may choose to terminate the contract (i.e., request a refund of the amounts paid).

If the user terminates the contract, NOWATHLETES will refund the full amount paid to the user for the purchase of the defective product.

NOWATHLETES informs users that the refund period for amounts paid will depend on the payment method used when purchasing the product:

If the user has paid by credit/debit card or PayPal, NOWATHLETES will refund the amount paid using the same payment method within 14 calendar days of the user's decision to terminate the contract.

4- WARRANTY

All our products are subject to quality controls and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

The warranty only covers defective products; it does not cover bumps, stains, fading, rips or tears, or other damage that is not attributable to a supplier defect or a defect in the product.

The warranty document is the purchase invoice.

5- ERROR WHEN PREPARING YOUR ORDER (SIZE/COLOR/PRODUCT).

In the event that the user, once the order has been received, requires a change due to an error in the size or color of any of the products received with respect to those purchased, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, they will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the product subject to change. Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -where applicable-, documentation and original accessory elements that accompany it.

If the user does not proceed in this manner, NOWATHLETES reserves the right to refuse the refund.

To process a return, you must contact NOWATHLETES at support@nowathletes.com. Once this communication is received, NOWATHLETES will indicate how to ship the order to its warehouses.

NOWATHLETES is not responsible for the courier company the User hires to return the order. Therefore, NOWATHLETES recommends that the User request the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the NOWATHLETES offices, so that the User is aware that the product has been successfully delivered to NOWATHLETES.

NOWATHLETES is not responsible for the address to which the user sends the order for return.
